This tutorial was designed for MODERATE skilled polymer clay artists who want to learn how to make beautiful and delicate micro and mini roses. The instruction method (digital download) allows you to learn at your own pace and the privacy of your own home. If you have no polymer clay experience, it is recommended to start with the BEGINNER tutorial. If you have a fondant foam pad and want to level up on delicate petals, and have previous polymer clay and florals experience, you should sign up for the ADVANCED tutorial.
VIDEO INCLUDES A VOICE-OVER AS WELL KEY STEPS IN TEXT FOR THE HARD OF HEARING.
YOU WILL NEED:
- A sharp tool (exacto knife, tissue blade or sharp blade/scissors)
- A small circle cutter (or cap of a pen or lip gloss)
- Metal ball roller (fondant) tool
- A pasta machine is recommended to properly condition your clay and roll it out. Alternatively, you can work the clay with your hands to a soft and smooth consistency and then roll it out with a rolling pin / similar.
- A bowl of water

Baking instructions is dependent on the brand of polymer clay you will be using. Follow accordingly.
