RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: Polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on texture tools or silk screens. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please check the type of shipping selected. Some are without tracking and we can not be held responsible for lost packages where the customer selected a shipping option without tracking. If your package becomes lost with one of the economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order.
